OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is launching next month with super cooling system

OnePlus is currently gearing up to unveil its first foldable smartphone OnePlus Open in the global market. But apart from the flagship device in question, the company is also working on a new smartphone series called OnePlus Ace 2. In this regard, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro model of the lineup in question was recently spotted on the 'Compulsory Certification of China' aka CCC or 3C certification website. Not only this, the smartphone has also received a fair clearance from benchmarking site GeekBench. So it goes without saying that the device will be launched soon. And today OnePlus has confirmed the launch timeline of their upcoming smartphone, making our speculations come true. 

At the same time, the company also confirmed the chipset variant, cooling system and other specifications of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro smartphone specifications have been revealed by the company

No specific launch date has been revealed for the OnePlus S2 Pro smartphone. However, OnePlus has confirmed that the rumored device is set to debut in August. Maybe the company will announce the official launch date by next week.

Meanwhile, according to information shared by OnePlus, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be the world's first smartphone to feature aerospace-grade 3D (3D) cooling. This new cooling system is said to offer the most powerful vapor chamber. In this case the vapor chamber will measure 9140mm². OnePlus claims that the same vapor chamber will be more advanced than the existing vapor chamber and will only have a 10,000mm² cross-chamber. After all, the upcoming phone will be the first handset to include a three-dimensional or three-dimensional grade cooling feature.

In terms of performance, this vapor chamber will offer 60% improved thermal conductivity over the previous generation. Again, the heat-dissipating level of aerospace-grade superconducting thermal graphite used in this OnePlus device will be 41% higher than normal graphite. OnePlus also said that this new technology is expected to be used in the upcoming OnePlus 12 series and OnePlus Nord 5 smartphones.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro smartphone processor variant without cooling system has also been confirmed. It is known that this upcoming device will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen series processor. We guess, it will be Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

Incidentally, the CCC or 3C site listing recently confirmed that this OnePlus smartphone will support 150W fast charging technology. Earlier reports claimed that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will feature an AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. It will likely offer up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Again in the camera department, the device can be seen with an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel Sony IMX 890 primary sensor triple rear camera setup. And for power backup, the upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 Pro phone will have a 5,000 mAh capacity battery.
